〠Well, I ended up eating at about 3:00 in the morning. Couldn't sleep. I guess I was still queazy from my hangover. I ate up 10 points for the day, which I'm putting towards today's breakfast. So I had a VERY early breakfast. But it's okay because I'm not hungry right now. I think I can easily make it until lunchtime. So today should be back on track. I'm gonna get on my treadmill, clean the house, do some errands. Schedules are good for me! Hope all is well out there in FS land!
I watched the movie "Doubt" while I was treadmilling today; so I went a little longer than usual. I went for an hour and 45 minutes, 6.35 miles.
