Today starts another meltdown challenge. 6% in 6 weeks. If I meet my goal I'll be down to 192 in 6 weeks. Yeah!!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
