After Xmas I'm wanting to go carb free, however I love potatoes, bread n pasta it'll be breakfast I struggle with n can't eat loads of eggs as they don't agree with me, any suggestions?? So I can start getting it in so iv no excuses come new years day lol

Porridge with fruit in a morning, sandwich lunch, meat veg n potatoes or something with pasta for tea n then crisps as snacks would have fruit, n just lately anything that's there in between, I'm pretty naughty with bread love any bread

Hi, I don't eat bread or pasta or eggs. For breakfast I often have berries or banana with soya yogurt, chopped walnuts and flax - balanced meal :). If you have it with berries it's low carb as well. If I have the time and feeling particularly hungry I gave tofu scramble with mushrooms and tomato, or veggie bacon pieces instead of mushrooms. Smoothies are a great option for low carb breakfast if you make them berry and protein based. Sometimes I literally just have cucumber and hummus for breakfast but I appreciate its not everyone's cup of tea. Good luck!

I completely missed this. Are you doing keto? Veganlass has made some good suggestions. I don't think I could survive without carbs😱. I find smoothies just don't fill me up unless there's protein powder (which generally doesn't taste wonderful) in it - there will be low carb protein powders. I think there are low carb oats - I suspect they'll be highly processed though.
