Feeling pretty good. My appetite is down since I quit the carbs. Had to reduce the size of my first meal. Clothes are looser too! Gonna have to go weigh in at the clinic (I refused to keep scales at home). My coffee maker is kaput :( so sad, thinking of using a funnel with coffee filter. Should work.
