I am thankful for a brand new day and a 1 lb loss - it's all good! Eating is going well so far and my stomach is still healing from that horrible virus. There's a noticeable chill in the air but it's sunny outside - I am working indoor today but hope I get a chance to enjoy some of the outside later. Have a great day all!
