〠HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!!!
Yesterday was my party. I did pretty well. I would have liked to have done even better, but I'm giving myself an A. Not an A+, but an A. And for being in a Mexican restaurant with all that it has to offer, including a birthday cake for me, I'm very pleased with myself. I just want to get right back to work today, though, because I'm really enjoying the way I feel. Clothes are already fitting better on me, and I'm enjoying the way I look for the first time in a very long time. Hope everyone has a terrific Mother's Day!!!
I guess I had a little hangover today, which made me really irritable, unable to exercise, nauseous, and even a little depressed. I'm writing this, not to complain, but to remind myself why I may NEVER DRINK AGAIN!!!! I just can't take it, and I don't want to forget again. I get amnesia when it comes to eating, and in this case, drinking lumped in with eating. The only plus is that I stayed away from really overdoing it in the eating department. But I felt awful all day! So never again!!!! I'm gonna give myself a small happy face for today because of the good eating, but it wasn't amazing. Tomorrow I'll have to go back to my strict schedule. And I am feeling better now, at 10:00 at night. So the hangover is better. But I won't allow myself to drink ever again! It's not worth it!
