ok, Monday, it was an ok day. I'm keeping try to my woe and feel good. I am so proud of myself for handing in there over the weekend. Weekends and nights are my trigger times. I think I have the evenings taken care of. I allow myself one Atkins snack bar with my sleepy time tea and if I really need more I'll do a jello whipped cream (not the one with sugar) also. BUT the weekends are still tough. Saturday I kept busy all weekend and went to my OA meeting (first one). Anyway Sunday was difficult. BUT I made it, even though I did have 3 Atkins snack bars and 2 jellos, that is better than pizza & beer! I felt a little depressed and let down. I'm not sure why but it passed, so I need to remember to 'let things go' and go on. I'm being true to me and going to take one day and sometimes one moment at a time :-)

I'm not trying to derail your wonderful progress or cause conflict, but I have found that my need for pizza is satisfied by eating the toppings, no crust, and having a Bud 55 beer. 55 calories and 1.9 carbs isnt bad...
Keep up the good work, you are doing great!
