So I didn't do so well this last week. For starters, I gained about 4 pounds last cheat day.
My birthday was Wednesday, and we went to a Brazilian steakhouse. That was awesome, and I sneaked in some pao de quejo (cheese bread - which is a no no on this low carb thing). That wasn't such a big deal, but I was a little disappointed the next day when I gained a little (I ate a lot of meat at the steakhouse).
I was stressed out a little and so I was eating these little goetze caramel creams, which are so addicting, and I finished off the whole bag.
So then, Friday I went to a very needed happy hour and I don't even remmeber what I had for meals then, Saturday and Sunday, but I was definitelyy pigging out.
So...needless to say I gained like 5 pounds this weekend (after I got back down to pre cheat weight from last week), so I'm going to do this week really well.
The one cheat day a week thing isn't working for me. I go way overboard. I think I'm going to split it up into two days, and limit my calories. So I can still enjoy some carbs, but I don't gain 5 pounds in one day.
Well, hopefully this week is better.
