I love salmon patties, too, but I eat them rarer.

We bake ours on parchment paper, so I feel better about eating them than if we fried them. Plus, I use oatmeal instead of bread crumbs, so I work a bit of whole grains 8n.
Not that I'm averse to some fried foods here and there. I fall firmly into the "no bad/forbidden foods" camp. 😉

Hello erikahollister i guess I just like them to much because I make them quite often and they are very convenient all I have to do is warm them up in the microwave.

Use parchment paper so they don't stick if you bake them. I bake them at 425 or 450 on the lowest rack about 10 minutes, flip them over and another 10. They're more dry baked, so I've been known to top them with something-- avocado or sauerkraut or Greek yogurt are things I use, but really anything you like
