So far, so good. Got my coffee just right this morning. Will continue to note throughout the day. Hoping that will help keep me on track.

My doctor told me to drink 5 -6 cups a day, as I cannot take diuretic meds secondary to severe cramping. Coffee is a natural diuretic, but does not cause cramps in me. AND lucky for ME, has a reverse effect on my sleeping than normal -too much coffee puts me to sleep, which I desperately need (only sleeping 2 -4 hrs per night). Don't know why I quit drinking it in the first place. . . just made my second brew to sip on for "bridge" to prevent eating until noon, when my first IF timer is up.

There are many foods that have natural diuretic properties. I would suggest you explore that alternative. Can I assume that you were taking sufficient potassium and magnesium with those medicinal diuretics?

I also worked as Professional in an Accounting firm where most of the clients were Medical Professionals ... I have this to say ... while drinking my second cuppa - each and every morning - tap mugs and Cheers - Good for you and Have a Great Day.
