So just writing here that I’ve just gorged on 4 mince pies on what should be a normal day and not the weekend cheat day. Feel fed up about it and need some morale support to assure me that despite all the hard work of eating well, exercising well and losing 28kg that it’s ok to have a crap day. I know I will be ok by starting tomorrow properly and even eating my healthy dinner tonight but it’s been a while since I just listened to my body wanting a sugar rush, and giving in to it. I do love Christmas but hey the food temptations even before Christmas Day are just horrendous when I know that every mouthful of something I know I shouldn’t have will kill the weight loss this week. Feeling a bit fed up and wish there weren’t all these boxes of goodies in the house in readiness for grandkids etc 😩

you are deff doing alright with your pies, don't forget we are humas in the end, it's not just about diet and looking good in this world.. we need to be able to do things we love as well... we have the right to eat something we like, without feeling like crap.. YOUR WORKED HARD FOR THAT PIES, YOU DESERVE IT! PERIOD. Enjoy, and don't waste any more energie on this.. you ate them, enjoyed them, happy belly, happy you, that's what matters.

oh those blooming boxes of mince 🥧 pies and chocolates hanging on the Christmas tree 🎄. I'm finding it sooo hard too 😅 🙃

My weakness is chocolate but I am diabetic so I have treated myself to some dark chocolate made with stevia instead of sugar and have one square when I am really desperate and have that urge for something sweet

Mince pies are my downfall too! But one crap day definitely won't undo all your hard work. You've got this 🙂
