A couple of days with unrestricted eating ending with a monster burrito, ice cream and cookies left me feeling so uncomfortable for hours. I want to remember how awful it feels to do this. In the moment, I really enjoyed the taste and indulgence but the hours of discomfort caused regrets and so does the scale. I have a lunch meeting today and would like to ignore the social pressure involved and just have a cup of tea. Well onward to a week of better choices. J
