Jumped up to 164 lbs with last week's caloric increase! I will be doing a second confirmation weigh-in tomorrow morning, as my body is weird. I was a little more bloated this morning that normal so I am probably holding on to some extra water weight.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
