Weekend here I come, this weekend I want to start the Shred and try to do it 3 days a week, Saturday and Sunday and one day during the week as well and maybe this will help me with trying to get out of this plateau I'm in. I do alot during the week with work, working out at the gym and going to ball games that it's really hard to squeeze any more time in without taking more away from my boys. But then again they are old and probably could care less. Sides they are ripping and running around the neighborhood with friends, but I just feel I need to be available.
So that's my plan this weekend to do the shred, I don't go to the gym on the weekends that's my time off. :)
Also the weekends is when I tend to eat out of control because I do it without thinking so I'm going to really concentrate on what I put into my mouth and nibble healthy.

i think ur workout plan is really good! it should definitely help! your weekend plan all around will definitely get u off that plateau. :)

Great plan... Shred will totally kick your tail, literally! =) I'm dripping sweat at the end of the 20mins and can feel it the next day for sure. I hope you love it!! That's awesome that you make yourself available for your kids.. I'm sure they appreciate it more than they say. =) My little boys are still small enough that I haven't had to start going places all the time but I know it won't be long. As for the weekends, I'm with you. There's less structure and more time to mindlessly eat... I hate that when I don't have something to do I feel like I need something in my hand to feed my face. =/ Annoying sometimes... hang in there and I hope you do great!!

Sheila3kids, I'm excited about doing the Shred, I've heard so much, I bought it a while back but it sits there and collects dust. Sometimes I wish my boys were little again, but I do enjoy the me time more now. But now that they are older it's a whole different set of problems to deal with. Thank you for your support.
