Good morning! Back up to 202.6 with three lbs. of water weight after a carb and sodium heavy, indulgent dinner last night! Another big dinner out tonight, but will not eat much before that. Week long party with friends in town is going to keep me on the edge. Will adjust as necessary next week!
Update: 11:30 pm -- Did another huge walking day seeing monuments, etc., and again ate very light early but had a big dinner later. Sodium only 1767, but other numbers were huge. Still, this was the biggest calorie burning day this month, even without working out, so I still ended up with a small deficit.
