Dr ordered 1100 cal daily limit started a week ago. so far so good I think.
270.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad you’re doing this under medical supervision; 1100/day is unusually low.

It is very low but heart history and out of control weight ( multiple reasons) brought this on. This is better than surgery or liquid diet options.
