Good Openning Day, Friends!!!
That's right, Baseball finally makes it's return. Unfortunately, so did winter over the night. We didn't get a lot of snow, barely a coating, but still...
Weight wise, I've been all over the map this week. I was as low as minus 5, as high as plus 1,, now I'm barely -2. I've been watching my sodium and water intake over the last few days and I'm making time to work out tonight. Obviously the weight is not melting off like it did a couple months ago, but baby steps I guess.
Food-wise, the only night I succombed to my liquid habits this week was Wednesday with a couple glasses of wine. It was also the day I had Chinese food and more sodium than necessary. I need my will power to carry me through the next few days, especially between 6:00 and 11:30 et tomorrow.
I'm ectatic about my new laptop, which will allow me to do some work-work tomorrow. That should also help with my weekend issues I've been having.
