I hit the gym pretty hard this weekend. I am so glad I decided to go. Yay for me. I did Pilates at home this AM and will hit the gym to lift a bit after work. My body comp analysis will be Friday or Monday. I have not decided. I am nervous. I want to hit the 100 lb mark and I want 20 %. Argh. I don't want to mess it up, but this stupid anxiety about this is making me crazy(ier).
