See you water weight! 2.5lbs in one day!
Yesterday and today, I struggled with sugar/carb cravings. But, I've done well - allowing myself a little and maintaining control.
Planning to call/visit the Y on Thursday.

(Almost) Overcome Challenges:
Anxiety - my symtpoms have signififantly decreased - by 90%! Although, I can't take credit for the change. My symptoms faded away once we were able to finally finalize our plans to live abroad. I cannot tell you how significant this is to my quality of life!
