YES YES YES! NEW RECORD!
My end of April goal was to run 8.5-9 miles in 80 min. Well today i ran 9.82 in 100 min. I did 9 miles in 89 minutes I did my FIRST 15k in 95:50 min I assume I completed my April goal by doing so much, I'm trying to do the math to see if I did 8.5 in 80 min...You think I would if i did 9 miles in 89 minutes right??
Whatever, so proud. might not do gym tmrw just because I did exponentially today, but if i do go, just a quick 30 min workout, probs no bike. then the entire weekend to rest. GO ME! anything is possible :)
