So I am still a bit upset about last week's weigh in. I suppose it may have had something to do with the vodka, but who knows. I did a keto test strip today and I am not into deep keto. I must have hit a wall? I am nearing 20% body fat. I have taken to doing stupid cardio in an effort to get down to 20%. I will know more later in the week. Blargh

The longer you are in keto the less the test strips will show it. I cant remember the science behind it but if you google it you will find answers. It has been my experience that liquor normally will not kick you out of keto, but everyone is different.

Yeah I am not sure about the booze. It is not going to stop me from drinking it, as sometimes, well, my week just sucks and I want a drink. lol Yeah I am beginning to not trust the strips. I get my body comp on...mmm...maybe Friday or Monday, depending on when I feel like getting on the scale. I am scared. I want to reach my 100 lb mark and I feel I keep sabotaging myself.

Drinking isn't that terrible as long as you allow for the calories in your diet. I still have to have my whiskey and water or beer by the pool from time to time. :) Thats exciting about the body comp. Please report back to us with your results afterwards! I think your doing awesome!

I will. Last week I was at 24.3% BF. I gained one lb, but it was water, so I am angry at the number, but I get it. I am arguing in my head when I want to weigh in again. lol

If you go do it you might be surprised at the results. Maybe your a pound heavier but your body fat went down. More muscle!! You wont know until you find out! Nothing to be scared of, your just aquiring information that will help you be sucessful. :)

OH I know. Haha. I work in an office with a Tanita Body Comp scale, I can get on anytime. I am just being a weirdo about it lol
