How do you deal with sleep during fasting? I don’t.

SparkkG, do you have trouble sleeping while fasted? I don't remember having such an issue.

Hi there I’m Norma and would also like to join you guys chat: as I’m also doing well on keto intermittent fasting with lots of energy. I also can use some
pep talk to keep me going . Although I’m on track I still get depressed or lonely doing this alone. I would like to be apart of the group.

To Spark and Yohoyoh: fasting sometimes triggers cortisol and adrenaline, which will definitely keep you up at night. Last time I fasted I had trouble with that, but this time,
I'm sleeping well, going to bed on-time and waking up in the morning with the dogs. I had one night with a mid-sleep break of wakefulness, but otherwise it's been better than average sleep. I've been getting regular walks and yard work, so I think that helps a lot.

To Norma Cooper- Unfortunately, the group I'm in is closed now. I'd be happy to PM with you here, or perhaps we could initiate a Challenge and get an FS group going. I'm sure there are lots of folks here who would appreciate mutual support on intermittent fasting and keto.

Yep fasting jacks me up. I just do delay start to eating so 15-18 hours, but not all the time as I cycle between dna build up and apothogy.

There is a difference in what intermittent fasting looks like for women as apposed to men. Check it out

Kenna, this is a long-term fast, not intermittent.
