Welcome! Yeah that's what works best for me.
Don't get me wrong I get psychologically or emotionally hungry , but actual hunger pains or the feeling to binge hasn't happened yet. The closer I get to 6 to 8 percent body fat that tends to happen.
At this point in my life Although I am still guilty of vanity.
