I beleive the capacity that humans have for denial to be truly astounding!

I have played with low-carb, paleo, and ketogenic diets for the last several years.
Using Fat Secret has been a great tool so that I can objectively review when I'm currently doing as well as revue my past choices.

Due to my obsessive nature I dutifully record all of my food when I am following any sort of "plan". In reviewing my diet in the past, I recognize that although I have followed a low-carb diet for periods of time, I have not carefully followed LCHF, combined with low calories.
