my sisters and I started a 7lb club 3 weeks ago, to lose 7lbs before Christmas. 6 weeks, 7lbs, means just over 1lb a week.
3 weeks in and I am 4lbs down, so pleased with myself. I have also joined in with a 30 day water intake challenge for December.
hoping to keep the momentum going over Christmas and finish the year with a loss instead of my usual 280lbs plateau year in year out.
