I have hit a plateau and I'm devastated. any tips to get out of it?

A plateau is normally several weeks to months long - try not to stress yet it might just be a minor stall. I had a full on 7month plateau this year, and you can make it to the other side ❤️ try have a few days lower sugar, shake things up in your normal routine etc
