We're back! Seems I started this same adventure around this same time last year! Since June of 2010, I've kept things in check, but really haven't made any major strides with the weightloss. We go to Wisconsin on vacation again in June 2011, and I've got to drop some of this extra weight. My knees are starting to bear the brunt of it and it's not very good. Not ready to go under the knife for knee replacement surgery or whatever. Not when I really can do something about this. This website can help; I just need to get back to journaling and logging in my daily intake. Remember what TOPS told me: If you bite it, write it! It's the only way to hold yourself accountable for what you eat.
