Good morning 🤗 FS friends, as you all know I went yesterday and got my flu shot and my booster shot just checking in to let everyone know all is good arms are a little sore but that's about it no other side effects. Have a blessed day 💕

Good to hear that! All any of my family or friends had after the COVID vaccination or booster shot or flu shot was a bit of a sore arm too.

Brenda, how’s it going? I saw you were gaining & thought because of sodium. I have that problem too. Just hang in there! It will come off. 🙂🙏

Joan, thank you and I am sure it will come off too I have really been trying hard to watch my sodium because I definitely do not want to gain any weight back it took me too long to get all the weight off 🤗🙏
