Less sleep last night (about 3-4 hours), and late night hummus-binge resulted in a 1 pound gain today, but I'm gonna write that off as water retention and wait to see what happens tomorrow. Workout couldn't be as intense today, despite my best intention, possibly due to the lack of sleep, or perhaps because it was the 3rd day of the new intense workouts. I did some machine weights (100 times 2 reps of shoulders), and chest (24 reps), tricep extensions (24 or so reps). Elliptical for 30 mins (under 2 miles)and bike for 30 mins (7.18 miles). No treadmill, and couldn't push myself any harder.
Meals: Breakfast: 3/4 flat out bread (4) and mozzarella coffee with cream (3) lunch: salad with blue cheeese (2) snack: atkins bar (3) dinner: meatless crumbles (2) cheese, veggies, flat out bread (6) post-dinner: soy milk and protein mix (5) total: 25 carbs or so
Redeeming point: Went up to vending machine to buy peanuts, but then managed to walk past--WITHOUT the nuts! So dodged a bullet!!!
