I decided to move to Phase 2 for 4 weeks. Will go back to Phase 1 if I do not accomplish my goal. I had a pretty good day until now at 9 pm after dinner I saw the chocolate brownie in hte fridge that I had bought home on friday from the teachers appreciation lunchon!!! I took two large bites until Ihad to give in the my nagging mind N put it right back in the box .I think i will eat it one bite a day... I am trying really hard to lose this fat belly... but I wish I had lost 14 lbs instead of only 8 !!!
