Working on increasing time (6.1 mph) Will perfect it this week and keep it next week. Then i'm immediately going to 6.2. i'll run 6.2 for an entire hour by the end of April!!! (i hopee)
Ran a 10k in 64 min. Wana get that down 4 minutes. I want to add some sprints to my runs too.
