〠Day 16 of success. I've decided to keep track; so I'll be labeling the days sequentially. It keeps me inspired. I had thought I'd overeaten slightly for the last few days. But I was happy to see that my weight stayed the same. I weighed myself this morning, and I'm still at 156. Now to get below it! Tomorrow is my birthday, and I do not plan to overeat. I'm very pleased with myself. Why this sudden self-restraint? I don't know. I'm going to chalk it up to maturity! I hope that's the reason. Because if it is, I'm set. LOL! Well, off to treadmill!
