i have GOT to keep my exercise up this week.my energy has been zapped, and no doubt,that's why. the lack of activity begets more lack of activity,i say.i've been doing alright with my eating again,but just a bit slow with my exercise partly due to all the rain. i always walk outside,but i tell myself when it rains i'll do my pilates...i never do! my "spirit is willing,but my flesh is weak".
