Dependancy
It's been an interesting month as I took the decision to reduce my recording of food intake and exercise to a minimum. Of note is the amount of mental calorific calculations undertaken when eating. My hubby has also jumped on the bandwagon and quite often he'll ask 'How many calories?'
I have reduced my initial target of 80kgs and reset to 75, but finding it a struggle to get below the 76.5 mark. Not a huge issue, my stomach is looking tone and firmer than it has for over 10 years. My BMI is also below 25 and although I have no idea of my fat measurement, I'm happy.
