Peggynan's Journal, 21 November 2021

I broke my foot 3 weeks ago so I'm not surprised I've gone up a little. No ability to be walking and active. Hopefully I'll be healed up soon into the New Year.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
