I've been noticing some very disturbing changes in my digestive system. I'm going to try something different for a while. Right now, for me... it's more about feeling good than losing weight. Losing weight is very important, but I don't want to be sick either.

Well if you were recording everything that you eat I can probably pin point what is making you ill. You are so not eating nearly enough. As a matter of fact, you are starving yourself. This will make you sick. Why are you eating so few calories. Atkins is great in that you NEED to eat in order to lose. You should be eating 1500-1800 cals and 20 carbs per day on induction. You can feel good on Atkins, if you do it right.
