So the last couple of weeks have been kinda hectic. I havent logged all my food each day and trying to continue to make healthy choices. I'm so worried though that I am over calorie eating. Been a lot of fast food too. We will see what the scales says tomorrow morning.

On a side note I ran my first 5k on saturday. I say ran but it was a run/walk. I ran at least a mile to start, then only walked until I could breath again and went back to running. It was cold but your so excited you really dont notice. I had no aches and pains like I normally do but my neck did start hurting because I run and look up too much. It was a really good race. I had ran/walked the 3.1 the week before and it took an hour so my goal was to do it in 45 or less and I made my goal! 41:27 and let me just say the finish line never looked so good. I want to take time to tell you that in mile 2 I was running along the lake, just couldnt run anymore..walked a bit..then just seemed pooped out. A song came on the radio, I was looking out on the lake, and the spirit of God came over me. He was telling me I could do it, I just had to keep going even though it was tough. He was with me and proud of what I had done. That gave me the strength to keep going and i ran the rest to the finish with another lady who felt like giving up. It was so awesome to feel the power of God and to know he cares even about a piddly race.
