If anyone's missed me, I've been over at livestrong.com so I can see a pie chart of my % of protein, carbs, and fats. But I'm still doing really really well. Unfortunately, as I lose the weight, I find that the skin is not tightening up, so I have this empty saggy pouch for a tummy. Any advice?
