**I may have overestimated my sweet potato frie calories yesterday, based on the menu. I weighed my leftovers & they were WAY under. I even estimated today's serving a little higher.

The sweet potato fries look really good! I've never made them. I will cut in slices and roast in the oven sometimes. Love the fruit!

Shrewdness, my sandwich & side of fries were pretty substantial yesterday. I decided right away to only eat half. I was full, so not a problem.
