Had a wonderful weekend and an amazing start for the week.
On Sunday, ran 13kms in 1:55 hrs. Did it at a slow pace as I wanted to enjoy and not injure by body.
On Monday, did a leg workout followed by walking from gym to home, around 2.66kms
Today, did 1 km warm up and 1 km cool down run. In-between them, Did sprints for the first time. Felt great. The plan was to do 10 x 100 meters sprint and did the same. Ran a little 20 meters or so extra as I stopped due to which the additional 230 meters were added. Forgot to use the interval and lap modes on garmin so couldn't know the each lap pace and exact distance.
Overall a wonderful experience.

Awesome effort! I had a washout weekend- literally! Left exercise for the afternoon both days, and both days it poured with rain. Was hoping to get a nice, long, leisurely ride in :( I've just started interval training as I have so little time to get any exercise done. Just devoting 15 minutes per day for a warmup and warmdown and 7-8 minutes of intense intervals. It seems to be going well, and I'm hoping it's true that it helps get your body into fat-burning mode.
