Today I am weighing in at exactly what I weighed last week. What is disappointing is that I averaged 1.8 pounds less this week however today is the moment in time that I weigh in. I have truly no idea why I am up today however I have faith that if I keep doing what I have been that the weight will come off!
I had one day of splurging - on Wednesday I went to our nearby city where I had East Indian food. I was pleasantly surprised when I weighed in the next morning at a 0.2 pound loss. The next day I was up 1.8 pounds and then this morning up 0.2 pounds. I am not sure if that is all from the Wednesday splurge or not. I have averaged 35 calories over my calorie goal this week so maybe holding my own is appropriate under the circumstances!
This week has a been a week of many town missions. I had a meeting in town on Monday, then the city trip on Wednesday, then appointments on Thursday and today I have a meeting in town this morning. Feels like all I have accomplished this week is to drive back and forth to town!
