Slowly but surely the weight is coming off. I have added walking as exercise and it seems to be helping...
I am doing a biggest loser contest with work and it ends in June. If I win Hooray but if not I have already won!!! The weight loss is great I feel so much better physically and I have went from a size 10 to a 6. Gotta go for my walk now...... Good Luck to everyone else out there dieting!
