I did excellent yesterday. I am soooo proud of me ; ) It was kind of hard at first but basicly I just stopped the all day grazing, and logging the foods into the journal kept me focused and aware of the choices I have between putting the piece of cake in my mouth or finding a better choice or finding something else to do completely. I hope today goes as well.
