Yesterday ended up to be a cheat day, I didn't have any choice because I was at a wedding and only had 1 option. So, I made the best of it and went all out. I don't feel badly about it because these things happen in life. Today I'm doing great. I'm about to go exercise at the club and I think I'll tan too! Looking forward to warm weather and a nice tan! It is the 74th day of my diet and I'm really happy with the results!
