Well deserved spike in weight after an indulgent weekend. I don't regret eating fun food while out with my daughter and wife. I do regret the stupid choices I made on my travel day yesterday and then especially the things I ate when I got home. Got it out if my system and back on plan for this last week of the month. I'm glad you had an awesome time. I know you aren't in maintenance yet but this is what maintenance will likely feel like - up and down depending on the 'event' or occasion. I'm sure some of yesterday's less than stellar choices were as a result of feeling sad leaving Em. You know you'll see her again at Thanksgiving, and you know she'll be fine, but it's not easy to leave your kids behind. I'm so glad you saw her apartment and got her settled, it will make you feel more settled. You will see that 190 area again real soon.

What is it about driving that turns us in to chow hounds? It has the same effect on me. Traveled home from visiting family last night and just about ripped the cabinet doors off looking for junk food to eat. Not weighing in until near the end of the week:-)

Yep, don't push for that 190lb until September and then mid-190's to low 190's would be a nice goal. Unless you have some more extreme eating planned. :)

I had supper with my son while on the road trip, it was also a high calorie day. I didn't fret to much about it as the visit was great. Like you say.... Back to it...

Brand new start for Monday. You can do it. That's what I am going to do.
I already revised my plans for dinners this week, ( Since this where I have messed up in the past) Healthy Dinners this week, NO Fast Food ( My favorites Wendy's , Burger King and Taco Bell) I am starting new lower metabolism building diet, and will force myself to atleast walk and then try for the rest-But this week Walking at the mininum!! Your exercise routine is better than most people, I think you will drop fast!! Men usually lose weight quicker than women.

I'll be excited to see where you are when I get back in September 13th (if I ever leave). Then I will have to get on my mission too. Do you see a noticeable difference from the treadmill session in the morning versus an evening routine? Or does that just work better for your schedule?

Actually, the man is a machine. He's not human. How many people do you know of can exercise an hour or two at 11:00pm, then go to bed? I'd be slamming off the walls for another 4-5 hours.
