CHEAT MEAL : Ooh well as much as healthy eating and exercise are important, so are Cheat meals. 🙈 But, Remember to keep portion size Control. To me dis ain't a diet anymore but I wana eat like this forever. Iv cut down on carbs and my Sleep improved alot nomore insomnia for me.. I exercise 5 times a week. I was not a fan of vegetables hmmmmm I'm glad now I enjoy my veggies 🥬🥦🥒🧅🥗. 🙂
