Now if I could just keep going down. I lose some then something goes wrong and I gain. I'm a work in progress but it's hard not to eat too much.

That’s me I feel like I’m on a roller coaster I lose five gain three and it takes so long for me to lose those 3 lbs back plus some more it’s been a year and I’ve only lost 19 pounds but I’m not so hard on myself because I have an auto immune disease so Sara I would encourage you just keep going don’t give up how to catch up sooner or later and you’ll see the results that you want!
Plus side people are now seeing the weight loss so yea just stay positive
