Thank goodness it was not too much of a gain. :) The important thing is to look at what you ate the day before your gain, and try to figure out which food caused the gain. If you ate a lot of salty foods, sodium could be the reason for the gain. If you worked out a lot, fluid in your muscles could make you gain.
