I went to Aldi’s and they had sweet potatoes, beside the mini peppers I always get there and tomatoes on the vine. I love all the fruit and veg!I got $60 just in fruit and vegetables! So thankful to be well enough to go shopping!! I still forgot a few items but just to go out and see our favorite people. It was so uplifting for me. Like I am coming back to life!! How are you all doing? Worried about Thanksgiving?? Well, my birthday is so near Thanksgiving, it’s often on Thanksgiving!! So I get the double whammy!! I decided I am either going to make a dump cake or a cobbler (fruit lover here!!),but using AS, and lite fruit fillings instead of sugar. I haven’t had real sugar in over 30 years. I had a taste in hospital and I got so nauseous. Let’s just say it wasn’t a happy half hour!! I wonder if I can mix flaxseed with flour? I have Almond and coconut flour in my house. I like whole wheat flour so almond meal works really good for me. What are you guys making??
