I got a Fitbit over the weekend, and seriously, this thing is SO helpful! I've been logging my food on the Fitbit app because it calculates how many calories I've burned as the day goes on, and adjusts my calorie intake accordingly so that I can still eat and meet my weight loss goal. It's also super helpful with my heart rate. When I'm exercising I can tell if I need to push harder so that my heartbeat makes it to the fat-burning/ cardio stage. I was hesitant about it at first but now, I seriously love this thing lol! Definitely recommend it if you're serious about losing weight and want some extra insight!
